This is a real collector's paradise, if you, like me, think that these round pieces of plastic that produce music are some of your beloved treasures, you will get lost in the plenitude of promos, limited editions, picture disc and more that this site offers. Condition of the records is always spectacular, Prices are "real" , and I have to say that I always had a great experience with their customer service, Carol always act as a Supergirl with me, answering my email, checking availability, and generally answering my queries and solving any problem that could rarely arise, I was, I am and i suspect i'll always be a devoted customer!!!!!

As per previous reviews. Vinyl arrived exactly as described in mint condition. Packaging was superb using double reinforcing flats. Very pleased. However. Delivery took longer than expected with no email updates re despatch, which was slightly concerning. Hence 4 stars not 5. However, they did respond to my query left on their voicemail with an immediate email. Given the quality of the vinyl, i would buy from them again.

Had some amazing records from Encore . Arrived pretty quickly , well packaged and in superb condition . Communication is not their strong point though with unanswered emails and the phone not being answered on the majority of occasions . Overall i will keep ordering from Encore as i have not been disappointed yet .

purchased 3 vinyl records from website. Received a message saying thank you for order and being processed but never sent any information relating to dispatch date or tracking numbers. Records did turn up in a reasonable time well packaged and it condition as advertised by seller . In conclusion very happy with purchase and will be buying again from Encore
