Great service and lovely staff! Friendly, sympathetic, patient and knowledgeable. Clear explanation of products and their features. No pressure applied to buy. All the staff are really helpful and went out of their way to provide an excellent service.

Bought recliner and riser chair, although suppliers were slow to deliver freedom mobility were on the ball when they received it, and delivered it to us very efficiently.

The worst company Ive ever had to deal with. Empty promises. Terrible communication. Hope I never have to speak with them again. I shall take my custom elsewhere. Very disappointed. I am not the first person to have had problems and I assume I wont be the last sadly. I deeply regret ever contacting you as a company and hope others think carefully before doing so.

Arrange to come and dont turn up sold item first time using it it conks out this being after freedom mobility had it for another reason which they took 2 and a half months to fix after coming out and telling me its how the door is suppose to shut when i could put my fingers through the door. They did offer to put another handle on inside to help slam door shut as this is what you are supposed to do. After conking out on first journey they refused to take machine back saying im out of cooling off period lol. Of course we are they had the cabin car at their place or it sat in my garden unable to use due to not being able to shut the door. Poor communication when not going to come either to pick up or drop off cabin car.

Great service & aftercare from everyone. Bought my auntie a little cabin car, had it delivered to north wales within a week. Had a small issue with a tyre resolved quickly. Cant recommend them enough.
