I have just had the pleasure of receiving a checkout report from Jeremy Smith (property manager) at Howards Estate and Lettings Agents Lowestoft.This was for a flat that a long standing single male occupant had relinquished. I opened the email containing the report after my first opportunity to access the flat as such my visit was before the email was sent. I must say how impressed I am at Jeremys totally accurate report and description of the flats condition and his accompanying recommendations. Very pleased with service we received from start of sale to completion, special thanks to Amy Lugo who kept us up to date with how sale progressed and she was always happy to help with any questions we had even if we called in without an appointment. Also thank you to Ben for your help at the beginning of the sale. Would recommend and use Howards again if we need to sell another property.
