I ordered and paid a week ago. Payment was taken immediately but there's been no response at all since then, despite sending lots of emails. The phone line just says it's busy every time. Starting to wonder if this is a legitimate company.

don't waste your money and time with this seller!! Not correct and not quality tools!! They send the tools without the original packaging! maybe they are not new-new?
