Worst doctor surgery I think I have ever been with. Receptionist are rude and arrogant, they always put an obstacle in the way, and try to hang up whilst you're still talking. Tell you that you do not need an appointment when you're unwell. Online service for appointments clearly don't work, nobody ever seems to be able to get an appointment, and if you ring the receptionist tells you only if it's an emergency... It's not a&e it's a doctor's surgery! This is encouraging people to waste hospital time! When you walk in to talk to a receptionist there is literally nobody sat in the waiting room! I rang once - when I finally managed to get an appointment with a doctor on the phone - only for the doctor to, not be concerned with my issue, but to argue I was using the word 'lean' incorrectly! My partner found a lump was deeply concerned about it and we were both accused of making the whole thing up, telling us over again it was nothing. It also took them over a week to take a found lump seriously! Other doctors are in the area, go with one of them, avoid this like the plague!

38 weeks pregnant and impossible to get an appointment Call at 8am and still end up on hold for over an hour. Under staffed and unhelpful.

Have messed up my medication on a weekly basis, for about 6 months now. Theyve done it wrong in every different way possible. My meds are almost a week late every single time. Then if I try request them early so I actually get them, they decline them each time (even with a letter of proof from the hospital to say stop delving my meds). Also they never answer the phone. Awful service in probably every single way possible. - update - this week they have messed up my meds again and now I have ended up in hospital because of this.
