T&S are hands down the worst garage I've ever been to biggest load of crooks out there, Stuart the desk jockey or should I say spin jockey will try and feed you a bunch of lies and charge you as much as he can, this garage has cost me thousands because I trusted him. Until I smelt a rat and got a second opinion which revealed the part that needed fixing didn't even exist on my car. Avoid Avoid Avoid this place needs shutting down! Services: Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

The mechanic didn't know what he was talking about when I went in for an air con re-charge, told me one of the connection valves was broken, wasn't the case at all, got it re-charged else where & no issues ie wasn't broken !!

Charged for a full job of changing all brake pipes for MOT, decided to try and rip me off by only changing some of them and greasing up the others. Gave a chance to rectify it but they still left some unchanged I'm disgusted they would do such a thing, especially with something as vital as brakes; and on a family car too! Eventually I got back the money back after a final letter was sent before I raised a court claim. Beware and double check everything they do, and if they say extra work ever needs doing make sure they keep the parts and show you as I wouldn't be surprised if they say extra needs doing just to get more money, when in fact it may not need it. Crooked bunch and would never use them again! In response to the garage response I am going to elaborate, and will gladly add pictures if needed. The invoice clearly stated "replace all brake pipes with copper pipe". There is no grey area on that and even after a second chance this was still not done as per spec. One of the FAILURE pipes (not advisory one) was rubbed down and greased, not replaced. That is dangerous! As for the goodwill gesture to give the partial refund, it is evident this was done as you knew you wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court as the evidence which I was going to use in small claims court was clear as day and showed how the works requested were not completed, also my initial letter was ignored. A year ago I had a steering rack fitted and it was stated that a subsequent knocking was a wheel bearing, even though it had passed the MOT on that, yet it turned out one of your mechanics had not tightened the steering rack properly on one of the fixing points however luckily for the business at the time I was not so clued up on my consumer rights, nor did I have the knowledge of the extent of the legal cover I had. Perhaps, in order to gain trust, you could join the Motor Ombudsman and the good garage scheme which both set out standards to be expected, including keeping parts for inspection by the customer. I notice you are not a member of either of these schemes and the ombudsman would have been the next stop instead of court had you been a member, but I guess such things to give more customer rights and assurances are not high on your agenda.
