One to one. Are get to be known good I have ask time after time they keep changing the times and my wife takes tables at 830 pm and the carer comes at 730 pm but then they change the times and no phone call to let us know we just sitting waiting for the carer to come there should be the best company I dont think so. I made a complete about one to one in and it was told the manager was going to look in to it and it still the same.

I cannot praise One to One Homecare enough. They cared for a member of my family for a few years. Their care and support for both relative and ourselves has been excellent. Relative treated as an individual, listened to and involved all aspects of their care. Very caring staff, and support. Would not hesitate to use them again if I needed to.

Understanding care they go above and beyond care for their service users. Nothing is to much trouble only got to ask the carers or pick up the phone to the office staff and it will be sorted.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and caring. Will go over and above for the service users. The company listens to any problems and do their very best to make service users feel comfortable and safe.

Does not deserve 1 star!!!! Disgusting care staff neglecting people in there home...no diet and fluid input...medication not given....left on a air mattress that was flat and caused a grade 4 pressure sore....
