        This branch doesn't seem to hold a lot of choice compared to other branches, maybe due to it being a smaller floor space, i went in for a valentines card, and the lady at the till kept pushing for me to buy little extras that i just didn't want, i ended up with a large fancy paper bag, a teddy, and a box of chocolates as well as the card, credit to her sales pitch but I'm buggered if I'm going in there again.

        Highly recommend! Always feeling very welcome and been given great advices for any occasions in need when visiting this store , team have always been very professional and high standards customer service with good laugh and cheerful goodbye. Im Regular customer now for almost half a year and will be in the the future.

        Poor disabled access in the store. Unprofessional member of staff making comments about a customer to another customer when they wrongly believed I had queue jumped. Female in 20s looked like a man ( no offence there) Other staff member was fine
