Bought a carpet for my new room, the man that served my dad and I (His name is Harry I believe) was very helpful and attentive and had lots of knowledge on the carpet that would be best suited. Lovely carpet and would definitely recommend.

I recently visited Carpetright to purchase new carpet for my home and had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, helping me to choose the perfect carpet for my needs and budget. They were also able to provide advice on underlay and installation, making the whole process seamless. The carpet itself was of excellent quality and was installed professionally by the Carpetright team. They were punctual, efficient and cleaned up after themselves, leaving me with a beautiful new carpet and a tidy home. Overall, I would give Carpetright a 4-star rating for their quality products, knowledgeable staff, and professional installation service. The only reason for not giving a full 5-star rating is that the prices were a little higher than some of the other carpet retailers in the area. However, the level of service and quality of the product made it a worthwhile investment. I would definitely recommend Carpetright to others in need of quality carpet.
