Enchanted Kingdom

Had my sons birthday party here! Perfect. They told me just hand over the cake and party bags and well do the rest and that they did. I hate hosting so this was perfect. The kids loved it, the adults all had somewhere to sit and chill while waiting. They were well fed, my lactose intolerant nephew had a wonderful plate of food. Booking again next year!

Went there for a birthday party. i wasn't overly impressed, and the drinks/food were cleared away far too quickly. Kids were left wandering, looking for someone to ask for a drink. Had to take shoes off at the door the children enjoyed themselves which is the main thing but i would leave the food and drinks out for longer as children always go back for more

Brilliant venue for kids parties. Staff friendly and welcoming. Characters always look great and children always smiling whilst having a great time (which despite what some clearly seem to think, is what its all about!!) Highly Recommend.

a company that fat shames & white washes characters. had the chance to apologise and make things right but instead decided to make up excuses and cry about it. how are you asking people if they feel comfortable tanning up to fit a character, absolute weirdos. deserves to feel upset & ashamed of these actions as they are disgusting. sort it out

We had an absolutely amazing party here today for my daughters 6th birthday. It was amazing from start to finish. Rapunzel and Spider-Man were so friendly and entertaining and the kids were thoroughly enjoying themselves the entire time. They helped with everything, setting up and supplying all the food, bringing the cake out and then cutting it up for me and placing it in the party bags which allowed me to just enjoy the party too and watch my daughter have fun. They made my daughter feel so special and I loved the way rapunzel and Spider-Man asked the children for a photo rather than saying would you like a photo with me and thanking my daughter for inviting them to her party were just lovely little touches that made it that extra bit special. Really cant recommend enchanted kingdom enough!! Thank you for an amazing party my daughter will have these memories for years to come.
