A disappointing experience again 2nd year running. Booked on line to secure a holiday easy part. Its cheaper by 20% now (holiday is still 3 months away) to be told if i cancel i have to pay 275. Quoted the "book with confidence" section and the "all backed by our lowest prices guaranteed" (clearly not) the cancelation fee is 275. I wish you well for recession 2023.

Torquay holiday park dirty caravan could not change our caravan said they were full yet still advertising for that night on the website left the caravan would not stay there to there credit I did get a full refund
