Worst experience, never again had nothing but trouble from day one carpet Fitter was a disgrace Mr d.smith,they took deposit and then lost paperwork and never calls back. AVOID poor service.

Worse company ever wich I won't recomand to anyone else , yes they are cheap but seems like they are cheap in everything, I've paid huge amount of cash for the carper and underlay , waited 2 weeks for a bloody carpet to be installed wich by the way their fitter didn't finish the job , I had to hire another carpet fitter to finish the job and the carpet was not right size nor the underlay , nothing was right , the woman wich she thinks she works in a ,,office,, was not polite at all , obviously you've got to be polite with people that are buying from your store Maybe some people who appeal to them were ,, british,, and it was not about racism because the thing that happened here is was ALL ABOUT RACISM ! HEAD'S UP IF YOURE BUYING FROM THEM
