Took my car here for an MOT yesterday.
They failed my car on my full beam light bulbs not working. My full beam is used regularly and I know it was working when I took my car in.
I went and had the bulbs replaced elsewhere. It turns out it wasnt the bulbs. Someone had removed my F12 fuse from the fuse box.
This garage wanted to charge me 45.00 to put my own fuse back into my car!!!!
I definitely did not remove my own fuse in my own car so that it would fail an MOT.
Disgusting behaviour from these people. How many others have they ripped off for hundreds or thousands of pounds!!!
