Worst doctors surgery in the country so called receptionist giving doctors advice it's a joke

I have been trying to get an appointment for my seven year old son for over a week including calling at 8.00am and being placed on hold for over an hour, impossible to get an appointment! They send you forms to fill out (my phone doesn't let me complete the form) no completed form no appointment. Staff don't care, they are incompetent and rude. What do old people do? I'm sure some of them can't complete the forms either, a form just to get an appointment!! My son could have asthma, a life threatening condition and still nobody there is bothered. No wonder A&E are under so much pressure with surgeries like these there is little choice but to go to A&E it's an utter disgrace, they should be closed down

This is a great surgery, the best Ive had in 10 years! The doctor, receptionist and nurse were extremely lovely and caring during my appointments. First time Ive actually felt properly cared for in a long time, nothing felt like too much effort. Made my day. Thankyou for everything you do.

Kirkley Mill Surgery is 5 stars in my opinion! I've recently had 2 quite serious infections and I was dealt with swiftly and very happy. Staff from the receptionist to the doctors/ nurses ( that I've met) have been helpful and welcoming. Thankyou Kirkley Mill,appreciate all you guys do .
