CDS-KAS Ltd

Our Samsung tablet developed a problem, so I took it to CDS-KAS Ltd on Monday morning. By 3.00 pm the same afternoon I received a call to say that it was fixed. Excellent service and a reasonable price.

I have been using CDS-KAS on and of when the need arises for several years ,and have always found the service to be excellent, especially Robin to be very helpful and knowledgeable , nothing seems to much trouble and consider the charges to be fair .I have also purchased used laptops at a very good price from them .

Can't thank CDS-KAS enough especially Robin, I used to live in Pakefield before moving back to Kent. I took my new, laptop to a major company dealing with selling and tech support, I needed info transferred from my old device, after a terrible 8 months trying to get it to work, I fortunately came back on holiday, I went into see Robin, who was so helpful, & understanding. He said he would do what he could for me and like magic within 2 days he had it running, gone were the 20 mins waiting for it to start and the 20 mins for every thing I wanted to do. I'm so grateful and would advise anyone with problems with their devices to pop into CDS-KAS, help will be at hand.

I take my Work laptop in for them to look at the screen to order a new one. Get it back and it does not work at all. Will not be using this place or recommending this place to anyone
