        We contacted this agent today without looking at the reviews. He has an piece of land priced quite high but regardless we were interested. He demanded to know what we wanted to do with the land (not his business if we bought it) and we were told categorically the broad authority wouldn't allow anything and it would be more money if they did. (Already advertised 100% more than average per acre). Wouldn't even entertain us looking at the property. "I won't waste My time" Incredibly unprofessional with no interest to actually sell properties. We are cash buyers looking for land.. more fool him!

        Completely shocked by the way I was spoken to by one if Shaw's representative. Words can not express the unprofessional manner in which it happened. The representative was rude, curt, and made me and my daughter feel extremely upset. I would avoid this agency at all costs. What an extremely rude man there are no reasons that anyone should be spoken to like that. Disgusting.
