I am very disappointed with the service from Hughes electrical. We bought a tv and within 2 weeks the screen started an intermittent fault which we filmed and took pictures of showing the dates when it was happening. Hughes insisted we take it up with LG which also are absolutely useless to deal with and never respond to emails also, because we took this advice time went on to the point we could no longer file a return on eBay. (Very clever from Hughes I must admit) I thought buying from a big electrical company would have given me piece of mind if anything went wrong but clearly not. To be fobbed off like this is disgusting Im still with a faulty tv and no one wants to help. DO NOT BUY FROM HUGHES! I made that mistake. Wish Id have gone local to currys now. Lesson learned. What a total waste of money.
