East Coast Mower Services

Been using East Coast Mower Services for a while until recently when I took a mower in for repairs. They had it for nearly 2 months, then called me to say they couldn't fix it due to parts not being available. So I took the mower somewhere else, they repaired it with 2 weeks, and had no issues getting the parts. Now ECMS refuse to fix any more of my garden equipment because "I kicked up a fuss", when in reality they managed my job badly, and didn't apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Contacted this company by email couple weeks ago and heard nothing back, So after the Queen's jubilee (Monday) I phoned this outfit who booked in our lawn mower for a service and said they would pick it up Tuesday between 9.00am and 12.00 noon. NOTHING no-one picked it up from East Coast Mowers. Clearly lies and could not be bothered to collect as agreed. Very dodgy, shoddy outfit. Nothing genuine or sincere about this company. Clearly lies to customers and fail to collect. On a positive note: Contacted a more professional lawn mower service who arranged and collected our lawn mower for a service and 30 cheaper. So happy days and be aware of east coast mower services. Clearly I am not the first who has been lied to by this company. I can only post a one star review based on my experiences with east coast mower services and WARN others about this.
