        Placed order told it would be 30 - 40 minutes after an hour and 15 minutes we rang to ask where the order was, we were told it was cooked and ready to be delivered. Another 40 minutes later (nearly 2 hours after order) it arrived. Pizzas were very over cooked / burnt and also stone cold. We've had great food from Istanbul Chef in the past but this and the last occasion delivery has really let them down. Disappointing!

        Absolutely appalling service...not for the first time may I add.... delivery missing 3 out of 5 items, called them and very rude, called again, even ruder, called a third time ( an hour and a half after original order) and they hung up on me! Shocking service and will. never use again.
