Lounge India - Lowestoft

Update! 6 months later Still no refund!!!.. thieves.. Ordered at 6 for delivery asap.. money taken.. still no food at 10 been told numerous times food is in way .. 4 hours later nothing. Always been a regular. Will not be returning! Will be escalating further. AVOID

We ordered food from Lounge India tonight, we gave them a second chance after ordering from them for the past couple of years and our last order was appalling. Well tonight has truly topped it, 2 hours 15 minutes for our food too arrive!! Had two people hang up on when calling to find out where our food is! We ordered two starters, two mains, two rices and a naan bread with 4 poppadoms, been told numerous different reasons as to why the food is so late, none of which makes any sense what so ever. Was re-assured when I placed the order (although, maybe seen little to others!) we would get sauce and salad with our poppadoms, NOT FREE poppadoms, we got 2 poppadoms delivered to with one pot of sauce!! Food not to great either!! I personally recommend to avoid at moment, management has clearly changed as its gone completely down hill!!

Do not order if you live further than Lowestoft. Had to wait over 2 hours for our takeaway to be delivered. Food arrived cold, no apology and no refund.
