Waveney Hypnotherapy

After some particularly stressful months at work i felt I was carrying a constant weight on my shoulders and could see no end. After beginning to develop anxiety alongside my stress I decided to do something about it! Paul instantly makes you feel at ease if your nervous about hypnotherapy and explains everything so well. After just one session of hypnotherapy with Paul I cant get over how different I feel! Walking through the door this morning into work I thought I would feel the same dread as I always do ... but when I was faced with difficult stressful situations I was amazed how little this was affecting me. I can not recommend Paul enough! I did not realise how much stress was taking over my life, but I now feel so much more positive and feel I can handle the stresses of everyday life once more. Anyone who is thinking about a hypnotherapy session with Paul I honestly can say you will not be disappointed!!

I've had hypnotherapy from Paul a few times now and it's really helped my confidence, helped me with stress and reduced my anxiety. Paul is great, really friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I would 100% recommend it to anyone.
