J&J recently did a house move for us and, unfortunately, things didn't go to plan, Josh's van broke down en-route to our new house! Despite the difficult circumstance, Josh acted quickly and made alternative arrangements to ensure that he could complete the move, he and his team worked tirelessly throughout the day to ensure the entire move was completed and all our belongings made it to the new house safely. Josh and his team deserve 5 stars for remaining professional throughout and completing the job in face of the unexpected challenge that came their way

What a brilliant removal experience! We moved house on 9th December and asked Josh and his team to do the job. We made a great choice. From initial emails and home visit to final drop off this team of fellas were fantastic. Josh communicated perfectly, answered our questions and offered advice. On the day they were on time and immediately made us feel at ease. They were good company and polite too. At the end of a very long day we were in our new home with no breakages and everything left as expected. It could have been so different but it was perfect. Josh even called back later to assist with a piece of furniture. I cannot recommend them any higher. ps Their driving skills were not bad either!
