Dispel any fears of old fashioned seafront B&Bs with stern landladies, cold toast and an abundance of draconian house rules... South Beach B&B is a modern, well equipped, clean and friendly place to stay. The owners were super-friendly but not imposing. The rooms are beautifully decorated with excellent facilities. The location is perfect, overlooking the spectacular South Beach and just up from the Claremont Pier. I have been using various B&Bs in Lowestoft for the last 10 years whilst visiting family and I can honestly say that South Beach B&B was by far the best and excellent value for money.

South Beach B&B is a modern, well equipped, clean and friendly place to stay. The owners were super-friendly but not imposing. The rooms are beautifully decorated with excellent facilities.
The location is perfect, overlooking the spectacular South Beach and just up from the Claremont Pier.
I have been using various B&Bs in Lowestoft for the last 10 years whilst visiting family and I can honestly say that South Beach B&B was by far the best and excellent value for money.
