Laura from Ivy Health is superb and a credit to the business and industry. She has had her business pulled apart for 18 months and is still there for all your needs, I can't thank you enough. After my surgery and flights were cancelled many times she was still the voice of reason and hope. She is honest and up front about how things are and how you'd feel, as well as very precise about everything before and after the surgery. The SurGal clinic in Brno, facilities and service was world class. Everything was properly explained and tested before surgery and the aftercare was superb. Most of the nurses spoke good English and I can't speak highly enough about the doctors. Everyone was very friendly and the service was swift if I needed anything. The extra touches make the difference, even the small things like having a driver to taxi from the airport to the hotel and then clinic really speak volumes of this business and their catering of the travelling clients. It was a hard few weeks after with all of the new changes but so worth it already and I wish I could have done it sooner. This surgery will enable me a better quality of life both in my physical and in my mental health for many years Laura is always there for me and I can rely on her for any advice.

Deciding to go abroad for my weightloss surgery was not an easy decision but Laura at Ivy health, who are based in the uk took me step by step through the process. We discussed my needs and I felt no judgement, with being constantly reassured I could do this with support, I booked for Sept 2018. The procedure was carried out with such care and attention that i will be returning next year for cosmetics. The clinic is second to none with a clinical team I would reccomend, all I can say now is thank you for helping me my change my life!

After being turned down for surgery on the NHS despite being referred by my GP and him appealing twice I was broken and disappointed but that was soon to be lifted. I knew I couldnt afford surgery private in the UK. Quotes were between 9-12,000. I then realised abroad was my only hope but that scared me. After all, you tend to only hear the horror stories and not the positives. After much research i came across Ivy Health. BINGO.... surgery would be abroad but the company was UK based meaning I had the reassurance of having Laura (owner of Ivy Health) to liaise with. From my initial contact Laura was informative, friendly but not pushing. (Thats the worse thing for me!) Surgery of any kind is something that needs to be discussed properly and the client must be sure it is right for them. Well after talking to Laura and asking MILLIONS of questions I booked early July 2018 for surgery the following month 21st Aug. Her prices for surgery are totally affordable and the service you get is worth every penny. Everything went so smoothly from booking, flights (1.5hrs from London Stansted to Brno, Czech Republic), transfers and the welcoming at the 5* clinic which felt like a posh hotel. The nurses were amazing and spoke English. Some better than others but always enough to ensure you understood them and then you. The pre op tests are better than any pre op tests Ive had at home and Ive had lots of surgery due to medical reasons. Anyway I could talk all day because 13 months post Gastric Sleeve Surgery, 90lbs down, I feel amazing and I am proud to say that I now class Laura as a friend who is still as supportive and there to answer any questions relating to past surgery this far down the line. Thats something you dont get with other companys. 6 months/12 months post op support and then they wont talk to you! Well I am proud to say I am going back to Czech Republic through Ivy Health in Feb 2020 for a full tummy tuck and muscle repair and I cant wait. Did I just say that about having major surgery? Yes... because I have total faith in Laura, Ivy Health, the clinic, surgeons and staff. I cant thank you enough Laura for being there throughout my journey and the ongoing support.
