The team here have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish they constantly kept me informed with what was happening with regards to my husbands funeral karren was lovely whenever I went in there or called them And the undertakers were fantastic especially the lead man who walked the car down the road with my 16 year old son who wanted to walk infront of his dad and reassured him the whole way thank you all

At an emotional time, faced with what felt like so much to do and never having been in this situation before, your clarity and sensitivity were invaluable. Your website sets out information clearly so it is less overwhelming. At the start it provided a valuable source of reference for things to think about, so we could discuss them with family and friends, before making decisions on how we wanted to celebrate the life of our loved one. Then your excellent communication over the phone and via email, together with a detailed quote, meant one thing we didnt have to worry about was the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, you allowed us to really personalise arrangements and dealt with everything. All the staff were genuinely helpful, polite and respectful every step of the way and everyone agreed the day couldnt have gone better. Thank you so much.
