East of England Co-op Funeral Services

For a company that deals with delicate situations, they are terrible at communicating with their customers. Took care of my mothers funeral and was really nice. But I brought an urn worth 180 and was the wrong size, they said they would try and get it sent back and the money refunded to me or just give me the urn. Ive sent them numerous emails and phone calls and they havent even bothered to responded. My mothers funeral was in July 2022, its now January 2023 and I Still havent received the urn, or the 180, or a response to all the messages I have left them. Absolutely awful if Im honest. Trying to move on from my mothers death and the ones who helped with the service dont even want to provide good customer service.

Nick has been fantastic going above and beyond in this difficult time. After arranging the service for 2 family members now, I wouldn't want anyone else to arrange the send off.

Could not Thank Nick and his team enough for doing everything my husband and I wanted done at my Husbands funeral. (Mr Colin Stuart Spacey) While alive my husband had made his wishes know to myself and I had decusussed them with Nick. They went over and beyond to make sure all my Husbands wishes where meet and carried out. They gave my Husband the send off which he truly deserved. I his Widow found them all Caring, professional and nothing was too much trouble. 5* rating from me. Mrs Sharon Spacey.
