        Awful service! No understanding of issues on roads when I struggled to get to a property to let him in to pat test appliances. I got told if I was late to my dentist appointment or drs I'd get slapped with a late fine......actually neither my dentist or drs do this. They're very understanding of the roads and traffic issues. I could understand a fine for a 'no show' but I got to the property! Why did you not call the proprietor of the property as she would of given you the code to get in and make a start until i got there? Just pure greed!!
