If your considering having any building work done along with your windows look elsewhere, would have been better to send a couple of kids from the primary school rather than the two cowboys that turned up to brick up our porch, the pics show the state they left the garden in, chucked their rubbish into the hole of a new manhole, and the brickwork was the most shocking bit, first attempt was pulled down and they had another go, look at the pictures, missing insulation, doorway out of plumb, shocking finish on joints, it was all pulled down and redone by a time served brickie, and this was far better than the first attempt, should have never let them start, 9k order cancelled and they refused to give 2k deposit back, wrote to the owner who didn't even have the decency to reply. Shocking service and workmanship.

Gave a ring to arrange estimate for my doors explaining it is for insurance and I need it before Christmass , nobody showed up for a booked meeting. Called once again and a gentelmen said he left a voice mail, which I did not get it. Then told me they do not do doors for insurance company. Do not understand that because most people got houses insured. Waiting all afternoon! Waist of time. I feel like they had a great fun of me. Ridiculous company.

Great service from Lee and Sue at Kingswood. The guys did a great job on designing and installing our replacement conservatory. Our's was a pretty complex design which a number of companies didn't want to price Really pleased with the end result.
