        Disgusting! Made me wait 7 and half hours for a telephone call about my poorly 6 year old to be told that there isnt any appointments left and I have to take him to the hospital! Tried to make a complaint about the service and the receptionist was trying to say thats fine for me to wait that long disgraceful! Will be changing doctors

        Apart from one Male Dr who completely dismissed a womens condition & up set me judging me over the phone.... I've found the surgery & most the staff & doctors polite, caring & helpful. .
