I had to phone Andaman Surgery twice yesterday. Both times I got through to speak to someone within a few minutes. I was lucky enough to be served by a lady called Amanda. She was brilliant and so helpful. Excellent service Andaman Surgery. Thank you.

After cutting my hand I was faced with a trip to JPH and a possible 6 hour wait. I decided to go to my surgery. The cut although deep I thought it could be treated by the practice nurse. After getting passed the receptionists. The nurse Jane treated me within minutes this saved me trip to the hospital for a minor cut. Jane's treatment was first class and very professional. Thank you for your quick response and excellent treatment.

Usually a great experience and seen quickly with lovely doctors and nurses but today waited over 45 minutes (which is fine and expected) but was then told the nurse I was there to see couldnt discuss what I was there for and that I needed to make another appointment, this nurse was rude about it and unhelpful very frustrating :(

So helpful, kind and thoughtful. Totally professional, even when dealing with rude patients. They genuinely care.
