Super friendly, fast and great value. Enquired in the morning and Paul had picked up and delivered my items by the afternoon. Great guy and great value, would definitely use Paul for future moves!

Originally I called this service for a quote for work in 3 days time, the gentleman responded 'no' (in a seemingly laughing tone) and I thought he hung up on me. I then left a bad review. Later, I got a call from him explaining that he lives in a bad signal area and his phone actually just cut out accidentally. He went on to explain he is on holiday on the day I asked for a quote. He also apologised. I am happy to give this service the benefit of the doubt and see it as a genuine error. However, I would suggest if in future a potential customer calls up and you cut out on them due to signal issues, it would be polite to call them back, even if you cannot fulfil their request. This kind of courtesy goes a long way.
