        I cannot recommend Ellis enough, not only is she kind and understanding to my needs as a disabled person but she doesnt treat me as one, and I appreciate that. Ellis has great communication and explains things if I have questions. When I am at Florence Day Spa, I feel I am in a safe environment, I am able to breath and relax.

        My first pedicure done here, very lovely experience with a fantastic choice of colours. Beautician very friendly and atmosphere very relaxing. Will definitely come back.
