The service, or lack of it, we received from a surly young-ish guy there was pretty shabby, and we had to push to get that! He just wasn't interested or so it seemed . . .
If you're going to be an independent business, then make an effort, learn some people skills, smile, be nice, show willing, engage - or just don't bother.
It's a shame because Lowestoft needs this shop, but we now take our business elsewhere, as you should unless the front desk service improves. One star is the most it deserves.
