        Attempted to make a report on behalf of my neighbour put through to control at Ipswich 27 mins later call not answered just left ringing no wonder public have lost faith in the police it's a joke.

        Absolutely useless, they never answer the phone or get back to you for any reason, and to think that the public pay there wages....for what exactly?????? Disgusted !!!!

        It felt like some of the police, with discriminatory eyes, left me as a student, and my mentally ill mother in a worse situation and we had to become homeless and seek help from friends.

        Been on hold for 30 mins and noone bothered to get back to me. Shocking that you can't even get someone to pick up the phone. Sort it out why am i paying you're wage when you can't even do the job my taxes pay for.
