Alex was excellent from day one, very helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. I've been to other garages in Norwich, different car/ previous car, and what a difference John grose was! Living in Norwich I could easily go closer to home, but I'd make the journey to get good friendly service anyday at John grose. Thanks very much for your help Alex.

Had a great experience at John Grose Lowestoft buying a used car from them - special shout out to Mr Dave Lister who was extremely friendly, helpful and pro-active throughout the process. Many many thanks to Gary and the team at John Grose Lowestoft. A couple of days ago i purchased a Ford Focus ST 2.3!! in Blue . From start to finish a seamless, non stressful, and most important of all, an enjoyable experience was had.
