PointUK are brilliant at their profession. We needed some areas of our house repointing. When I researched who I wanted to do the work, I saw their work on their website and also facebook and was extremely impressed. I contacted Jack and he came to access the situation, sent a quote and arranged a convenient date for the work to be completed. The workforce arrived and did not dither around, but continually worked hard to get the work completed to an exceptionally high standard. When the work was finished they tidied up and cleaned everywhere down. You would not know they had been, except for their exceptional repointing, I have no hesitation in recommending PointUK. Jack and his team carried out a complete repointing of the south elevation of our 18th century house in Norfolk. The work was completed to a high standard and on time, in spite of interruptions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Jack is a very good communicator and kept us informed regularly on details such as the erection and dismantling of scaffolding, supply of replacement bricks and other issues. They left the site in a very neat and tidy condition and conducted themselves in a professional and courteous manner during the two weeks they were with us. We would recommend PointUK highly to anyone needing remedial work on their property.
