I contacted you about repairing a blind which had broken but not supplied by you and also several years old. I spoke to a lady at your premises who said that as the blind wasn't supplied by them and not a make they dealt with they unfortunately wouldn't be able to help.
However she gave me some great advise on how to effect the repair myself and also the type of cord required and where to get it. Having taken all the help onboard I quickly and easily repaired the blind in question.
If this is the level of customer service you get from Village Blinds I would definitely go to them first if I needed blinds in the future and would recommend them as your first port of call when thinking about a purchase. Thank you very much.
