        Advised wrongly by mandarin cycle staff that dropper posts could fit our bikes. They've never worked well. Rude customer services. Lying staff. Dropper posts don't work. Company isn't willing to send faulty parts back and refund. Currently 200 out of pocket. Please never use this company! Appalling service!
