It started when i walked in and my appoitment wasnt in the book. Luckily the hairdresser was there because she was having her eyelashes done, if she wasnt im not sure she would have been there for my appoitment at all.
The young girl who done my hair was lovely but I am so so upset with my results.
I went from a light/warm blonde to orange brassy mess. I have dark brown uneven roots, patchy areas and streaks thoughout my hair. My hair was straightened wet, toner still left in my hair making it sticky with so much further product added to my hair that I can't see was needed at all.
I hate to leave a bad review but I am now having to spend a further 110-130 trying to fix the mess that my hair looks.
For an appoitment that took 5.30 hrs the results are shocking and incredibly upsetting.
