Went in at just gone 8:30am to be met by a rude and miserable member of staff, instantly told "we're not open yet" even though door was unlocked and my phone (set via Internet) said it was just gone half past?! You can thank this lovely member of staff for driving away custom. If you can't do a simple customer facing job politely then don't do it
