Went there to grab something for lunch. On 28/09/22 at 12.00 pm at the London Road South shop, after buying my stuff, asked the lady if I can sit and eat inside she looked the other way and just ignored me. I felt as though I've said or done something wrong. So I asked again and she said she should have charged extra money, I said I am willing to pay extra money, to which she said she has already processed the transaction. Then I asked her again if I can sit inside and eat and she completely ignored me and looked the other way, the worst part is there was no other person in the shop. I felt guilty for asking her so I left and had to eat my lunch out in the rain. I felt completely unwelcome and will never go back in there again.

I went in for a loaf of bread but was immediately informed the only staff member present was busy with a Just Eat order. She was seemingly cooking/preparing bacon butties. I stood waiting a few minutes when another customer came, he also stood waiting. Eventually I became fed up waiting and decided to leave. If Bushells want to use Just Eat deliveries maybe they need to make more staff available.

Really friendly lady who served me. The sauage roll was hot and very nice will deffo be returning Thank you
