Audi Approved Lowestoft

Having ordered parking sensors in December which were on back order I was prepared to wait. I called a few times to check whether they had come in and not been called. I waited a long time for these to come in then received a call they were in they said they would be sprayed and then contacted. I wasnt so I called and they said they would get them sprayed (I think they had forgotten to spray them til I called.) I was told they would be sprayed Weds and may be ready for Friday and would be called to book me in - NO call. I called yesterday 3rd April and was told someone would call me back yesterday which didnt happen hence this poor review. Honestly if I was buying a car from them they would have called me constantly chasing me. Very disappointed

A superb dealership indeed, we drove 165 miles to visit them, pick up a new car and drove back.

Left Stranded when Car failed its MOT Then Charged over the odds for the work and service which for the same service has increased by 127.00 in a year Was Told the manager would call me on the Monday, now Tuesday and still no call, been a customer for over 8 years now and Purchased the car from them , not any more Very Unhappy
