Frank and Neil, the partners who own and run this business are a delight to deal with from the moment you call them. The whole process was almost not to be believed! I rang and explained the work required. I asked for a site survey which was met with "Niel lives near you so he'll be able to visit on his way home,does that suit?". Niel arrived at my home 5 minutes early for the survey and provided a quote on the spot! He did not pressurize me to take this offer in any way, and it was a little less than I expected. Niel explained quickly and simply how the process would be delivered, what time they would start each day, how long it would take and when they could start if I acceoted. I sent them an email the next day to confirm. The work went smoothly and Niel and Frank both remained very contactable throughout the work. They did not invoice for payment until the work was complete and I was happy. The relevant paperwork (the waste consignment note) was given to me and I retained a copy. All in all the work was completed within 7 days from the quote! This included the removal of the whole garage, not just the asbestos. They also offered to replace it, but I am just putting a tiny garden shed there. I feel very lucky to have found such a great company to work with for asbestos removal in the future. And I certainly will, because I'm now looking to buy and refurbish properties as a business. Also, Niel told me they're doing the work for the Lowestoft 3rd crossing, wow! Thanks guys!
