Marcs plans gave us everything we were looking for.Everything was straight forward for the builders who gave us quotes, and they were complimentary of the detail. Marc was professional and helpful in drawing up plans for our outline proposal for a ground floor extension. The comprehensive plans successfully passed planning and building control regs. We would recommend his services and look forward to a successfully completed building project.

CANCELLED. Re: Plans and drawings for rear extension. Marc has been professional and prompt with all the work he has completed for us so far. He has helped us work out the best way to achieve what we want, giving consideration to budgets and other constraints. Marc was able to help us come to good decisions and produce drawings that reflected the needs we expressed. The planning permission process was also handled smoothly. We look forward to dealing further with Marc during the build. Edit: Made a big costing blunder causing the project to be cancelled. Deposit was refunded.

Marcs work on the plans for our Granny Annex was excellent His suggestions to amend our ideas were well thought out and he was also aware of keeping an eye on costs which was much appreciated. The plans were approved and Marc kept me informed at every stage. Id Recommend Marc without hesitation and will be using his services again.

Marc has been with us since the very start of the planning of our extension. From drafting the drawings, to the planning permission and through to the build which has included reconfiguring a lot of the downstairs floor space. He has actively offered his opinion if he felt there might be an alternative solution to an aspect of the build which has assisted us in making informed decisions going forward. I would highly recommend Marc for both his design background , communication and quality of the extension we now have.
