The service was fantastic, ask for both bats to be refurbished & on one weight taken off, they have come back looking like a brand new bat, I would recommend using them for bat refurbishment, good price to.

So I followed the instructions on website and made a full payment for goods and shipment as instructed by the site and a days later I get a message from the store to either cancel the order or pay more since the website was under development It made a mistake for calculating the shipping to Canada. Upon checking the website again I did not see any disclaimer that stated if the website was under development. I tried taking the hit and I was willing to pay more upon negotiating but store kept on saying that they dont have an exact estimate on the shipping and ultimately It caught my mind that they probably dont have the item in stock or they are just scammers and without reply to my last email they refunded my money after I had wasted so much time. I will buy from them again.

Great range of bats, Nikhil very happy to have a discussion around batting style, preferences, specs and budget. Also very patient when I finally settled on a SS black edition. Proving to be one the best bats I've ever owned. Would highly recommend Cricsto.
