After getting numerous quotes from other local companies, Steve was by far the most responsive, punctual and honest with what we could achieve in our awkward space. I was sold on this company from first contact, the fact their quote was the best was not the overall deciding factor, but was a huge bonus. Steve and his team are a pleasure to do business with. They arrived on time as stated, kept noise to a minimum, was respectful and friendly. After the work was completed they left my room so clean as if no work had been carried out at all. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled too on this occasion. I wasnt the easiest customer to work with and had very specific spec and installation requirements. Steve was fantastic from initial contact via their website, to site visit, he worked with me to create the right system for my space. Im not great with technology but the aftercare sales has been second to none, even answering my questions out of hours. The price was the most competitive i received but the service and standard of work is second to none and my home was left so clean you wouldnt even think we had any work done! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! With the hot weather this summer I was looking at having air con fitted at home. After searching online I rang a couple of the usual companies based in and around Coventry who either weren't interested or didn't bother turning up to give a quote! Whilst I was at work on one of the hottest days, I searched again and guess what? These guys popped up. Rang the number and spoke to Steve and he said I can come out in the evening to give a quote which I was happy for him to do. Steve turned up prompt and looked around and proposed what needed doing and where was best to fit the units! Quoted the job and we agreed the price and a date when he could fit them! Steve and his team turned up on a Saturday morning and hit the ground running! Very tidy and with minimal disruption caused! They were done and dusted by 2pm which I was surprised with! The system was commissioned, a demo was given and hand over done! Call it fate but I'm glad the other 2 companies didn't show up!
