Gooseberry Bush Day Nursery

Our daughter started at this nursery in May 2020 having relocated to Wiltshire and we have had a very positive experience at Goosebury Bush. The team especially Jacquii have been fantastic - Jacquii always plans a fun filled day with lots of ways to keep the children entertained whilst supporting their development. The outdoor space is great too. I would highly recommend this nursery to others

This nursery is amazing. Being in education myself (trainee headteacher) I can genuinely say this establishment is exceptional. I initially met with them on my own as we were having great difficulty with our boys. They would not settle at the previous nursery and we were told they were too much to handle. The owner was rather lovely and had such a great depth of knowledge of attachment and trauma (our boys are adopted). She really boosted my confidence in nurseries which is why we chose to send them here. From the first day there was such a difference when we picked them up. The language and detail from the staff was professional and at no point were we told they were naughty or out of control. It was clear that this was a well oiled machine and the staff had expectations and routine for the children which is what our eldest definitely needed. As time went on we noticed a change in our eldest as he started to shine and integrate with other children which we never thought we'd see. Our youngest was also developing and not standing behind his brother going unnoticed which also was so amazing to see. Honestly an amazing place. The staff are our heroes - they got us through a bad time. I genuinely believe that is how they have developed and come on so much in the short time since adopting them - all from the amazing support and nurture of this nursery.

Truly Outstanding. We sent out two little boys here and were so happy with the staff. We were always welcomed with happy smiling faces. The boys were always so happy to walk right in and not look back or cry - which was new for us as at their old nursery they would cling and scream which became traumatic. Clearly they were feeling safe and excited for where they were being left. The boys always had nice activities to tell us about as well as the food! The boys love food and they clearly enjoyed the food in the day. The staff were always amazing giving us feedback and helping us along with the boys as they were joint at the hip - we were worried about them not having their own identity. Super place! Best decision we made for our boys development.
