I would not order from this company ever again. Late delivery and appalling customer service. As you can see for yourself the reply and attitude given to a paying customer is appalling. I waited 6 days for the parcel. I had to chase the order myself and ask why It hadnt arrived. They explained royal mail has lost the parcel. So I explained that i would still like them to resend and waive the postage fee. Parcel received fine after that. Unfortunately I had a billing enquiry but the manager Nick i spoke to was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. I called at 4:30pm and it was very clear my call was an inconvenience. He is very argumentative himself and has no decent skills towards an unhappy customer. There are many places to buy the uniform. I am highly recommending you chose a different place to order. Just in case your parcel gets lost and you have a billing enquiry that cant be dealt with in a civil manner.
