Allen House Business Centre is a fantastic asset to the local area. The staff are always so helpful, the facilities are great, especially the meeting room which can be hired out and on-site parking is a fab bonus!

Busy place, lots of different businesses. If visiting, make sure you get your car licence plate on the system. Otherwise you will be charged for parking.

Fantastic serviced offices in Sawbridgeworth. We have been here for about ten years (We distribute specialist spine treatment equipment). There is an easy in easy out system with no long term commitments. We started in one unit, moved twice, firstly to downsize as we stopped one aspect of our business and then moved to a larger space as we expanded. There is plenty of secure parking, it's a few minutes to Sawbridgeworth station which is ideal for getting into London and most importantly the service is superb. The tenants come first is the mantra. Phones and internet included, any problems with anything (not that there are really any) get dealt with. Rubbish is collected daily, the building is kept clean and parcels get left with the reception when we're not in. And people smile. There are a couple of cafes within 2 minutes if you want to go out of the office and have coffee or something decent for breakfast or lunch. And, its by the River Stort. We often go for a short walk along the toe path to clear our heads. All in all, been here ten years and it ticks all the boxes.
