Sovereign Windows: Double Glazing Sawbridgeworth

Sovereign fitted some of our windows and doors very well with the old previous fitters (one called Kevin and one other Polish guy). But the new fitters that came recently damaged the brand new radiator under the window in two different places and allowed a load of rubble to fall into the open top of the radiator too. Had to get the heating engineer to take the radiator apart to get it all out, and it was still all dented and damaged on the top. They scratched along the newly lined and painted wall on the opposite side of the room too. Left mess everywhere. Cowboys.

Terrible company, windows installed badly, gaps and uneven, destroyed coving and one window arm wasnt even attached, hanging off. Bricks fell out of the window surround and werent replaced just expanding foam put everywhere. Gaps were filled badly and not finished off.Made it impossible to hang curtains or blinds, was left for months with nothing up the windows so no privacy. When they came back after my complaint they wouldnt do anything and said the house was old and the fitters did not have X-ray eyes so they could not know that this was going to happen, would never recommend them, cheap rubbish.
